When you are certain you have found the one, there is no reason to wait before joining your lives together. Such was the case for Madison and Corey, local paramedics who worked together for months before officially meeting through a mutual friend. The couple fell for each other and in just under a year, became engaged. Corey surprised Madison with a date night to see the Diamondbacks play, but that was not the only surprise of the night. After bringing Madison onto the field, a photographer was ready to snap some shots of the happy couple. Following the photos, Madison started to leave the field before Corey stopped her to pop the big question, to which Madison said yes!
The couple began planning their summer wedding, only five months away at the time. Going with a cacti theme, they incorporated foliage into the invitations, table centerpieces and on the groomsmen’s lapels. The bridesmaids’ mint green dresses complemented the theme and Madison’s gorgeous romantic dress from Grace Style & Bridal. She accessorized the look with a fingertip veil from the same boutique and an elegant crown of foliage atop her softly curled auburn hair. Her bountiful bouquet was filled with natural greenery and white flowers, and the bride even gave a flower and a prayer to the unmarried women at the wedding. Emphasizing their belief in God, the couple had Madison’s brother, who is a pastor, perform the ceremony at SoHo63. SoHo63 was also the site of their reception, where the newlyweds and their 150 guests danced the night away. StepOnMe Photography captured the entire extraordinary day from sharing vows at the ceremony to walking through a beautiful sparkler exit, before dipping into their unconventional getaway “car.” Sitting on one of their ambulances, the couple signed their marriage license, before spending the night at Wild Horse Pass Casino.
