For years, the melding of cultures and traditions has lent the Arizona landscape a diverse trove of love stories with excitement, indulgence and passion. There is something whimsical about the desert that conjures up romantic feelings and seduces with its rustic charm. The longevity of the Sonoran Desert means that it has overseen a myriad of happily ever afters in addition to fanciful flings. It is the native lust for life and embolden beauty that makes Arizona home to love stories year after year. Through this spirit came the Star Crossed Lovers styled shoot captured by Rachel Leintz Photography.
Rachel Leintz had a vision that she saw come to fruition. It was the glimmer of a love story that began in the 1800s with the daughter of a wealthy Spanish Don who was betrothed to the son of a wealthy Montana rancher. Neither fiancé approved of an arranged marriage, but both were struck by love at first sight. This styled shoot by Rachel Leintz Photography is the modern reincarnation of that love story, with mixed elements such as brightly colored parasols and a golden mantilla comb. The bride rocked a chic lace dress by Rue de Seine from Lovely Bride, while the groom boasted a navy suit with classic skinny tie from Celebrity Tux & Tails. We love the Spanish heritage paired with in-style components to create a fresh, romantic wedding look.
