We are obsessed with this relaxed springtime wedding at SoHo63. Kristin and Scott met at a party through a mutual friend in early 2010 and got engaged almost exactly six years later. Kristin came home after a lunch date and was surprised to see Scott waiting for her in the garage. With their song playing and champagne ready, Scott got down one knee and Kristin immediately said yes!
The couple began planning their springtime wedding and did run into a few hiccups along the way but received many suggestions from SoHo63 and ended up with the casual wedding they had hoped for. Kristin and Scott chose to have a short ceremony and kept their vows secret in personal letters to each other that they shared at their first look. The lovely couple chose a simple color palette of green and white. Scott’s suit was the perfect complement to Kristin’s gorgeous gown from Luv Bridal. The natural florals held by the bride and her bridesmaids were a subtle addition to the bridesmaids’ dresses in various colors from Suzanne’s Bridal Boutique.
Katelyn Cantu Photography shot the stunning ceremony and reception styled with small personal details. As proud Arizona natives, the couple infused the state throughout their wedding with unique wood magnet cutouts of the state that they gave away to wedding guests. After dancing and partying for most of the night, Kristin and Scott left with their guests to continue the party in downtown Chandler.
