Sand Dunes Elopement with Love Story Films | Arizona Weddings Magazine

Today we are mixing up our real Arizona weddings by showing you film from Morgan and Michael’s sand dunes elopement! The jaw-dropping details and tear-jerker vows were beautifully captured by Love Story Films, and we just can’t get enough of it. The couple originally met at a mutual friend’s pool party and dated for a year and a half. It was during Christmas at his mother’s house that Michael knew it was time to propose. On Christmas morning, everyone was busy opening their gifts when the room went silent. Morgan didn’t quite notice the stillness at first, but then slowly she recognized her and Michael’s song playing in the background through the silence. That’s when Morgan looked down at the box before her that was marked from her son. She began to cry tears of joy when she understood what was happening, as inside the box were five cards that read: “Mommy will you marry Daddy?” Michael proceeded to pop the question, to which Morgan replied “Duh, of course I will!”

Morgan and Michael’s bold and intimate Sand Dunes elopement was brought to life by rentals from The Confetti Studio and immortalized on film forever by Love Story Films. Morgan wore a stunning black dress, and the couple stood alone at their unique, cross-branched altar to recite their vows to each other. Michael didn’t memorize any vows, so his were in the moment straight from his heart (which melted Morgan’s!). After their I do’s, the Arizona couple connected with their inner selves and each other as they raced around and played along the vast sand dunes. The couple also enjoyed a quiet reception sitting at the candlelit table as the sun set on the towering walls of sand. Shortly after, the couple left the desert for the tropics on their Caribbean cruise honeymoon.
