Having featured their engagement session last year, we are excited to share with you Marian and Mark’s beautiful Paradise Valley wedding by Rachel Solomon Photography. The couple originally met through Marian’s brothers, but did not find a chance to truly get to know each other until much later. In 2013, Mark’s blind date to a wedding cancelled last minute. Marian’s brothers asked her if she knew any good replacements, and Marian happily volunteered. They had an amazing time at the wedding and instantly clicked. On New Year’s Eve 2015, the couple took a long weekend trip to Sedona. After hiking at Cathedral Rock, Mark suggested the pair go off the trail to a viewing point. They reflected about their time together, and how amazing it had been. Mark pulled out the ring, and Marian said yes while bursting into happy tears!
Marian and Mark wanted to showcase Arizona’s beauty in their Paradise Valley wedding. To do this, they chose El Chorro as the setting and picked the Casa Paloma lawn to host their ceremony on. A more subtle palette was chosen to highlight the desert scenery with colors in whites, creams, and varying shades of pink from blush to peach. Strings of eucalyptus leaves accented the palette and the venue. Bridesmaids walked down the aisle wearing stunning blush gowns from Bella Bridesmaids by Dessy. Camelback Mountain was exhibited beautifully in the background as the couple said their vows in front of close family and friends. Glamour & Woods provided the various rentals that pulled the entire event together to create a truly breath-taking desert wedding!
