The perfect early spring navy blue and blush wedding at the Desert Foothills in Scottsdale, Arizona captured by Rachel Leintz Photography.
Casey and Dustin met almost three years ago. What started with a long phone conversation, turned into the pair finding the love of their lives. Two years into the relationship, Dustin planned a romantic proposal while horseback riding in Puerto Vallarta, Costa Rica. Casey of course said yes!
While planning a wedding in just four months might seem crazy, Casey said overall it was a fun and painless process thanks to her mom and amazing wedding vendors. Casey and Dustin tied the knot against the Arizona desert landscape with towering saguaros followed by a twinkle-lit barn reception.
One of the couple’s favorite moments of the day was the first look. “For two people who don’t really enjoy the spotlight, it was a perfect moment to ease our nerves and feel the love,” stated Casey. She shined in a fit and flare lace gown by Maggie Sottero paired with soft swept back curls created by Bridal4theWin. Dustin looked dapper in his military dress blues fitting right into the navy blue and blush color palette of the day!
After the ceremony, the pair snuck off for some jaw dropping sunset pictures with Rachel Leintz Photography before heading into their reception to dance the night away and indulge in roasting s’mores with their friends and family! The happy couple plan to honeymoon to Bora Bora in the fall.
