After unknowingly crossing paths for more than 20 years, Megan and Aaron officially connected in 2011 and began dating. On a trip to Disneyland, Aaron convinced Megan to have a caricature of the couple drawn. When the picture was finished, the caricature artist asked if Megan wanted to see it. Instead of drawing the couple, the artist drew Aaron proposing. Megan looked up to see Aaron on one knee with a ring in hand. Megan replied by writing “Yes!” in the caricature speech bubble!
The couple tied the knot in front of 150 guests in a traditional Catholic ceremony. After the ceremony, they jetted off to Warehouse 215 @ Bentley Projects in Downtown Phoenix for an Urban Boho Inspired Wedding reception. DIY details adorn the tables along with flower arrangements made of garden roses, dark red sunflowers and eucalyptus. To tie in with their cute proposal, there was even a caricaturist on hand to draw the guests pictures. The couple was whisked away with wedding wands as they headed off to their Disneyland honeymoon!
