For this week’s perfect wedding palette, we took a look at Arizona’s own natural beauty and found an array of dazzling shades. It was difficult to sift through all the vibrant colors and just choose only a few, but we finally settled on an enticing palette of copper, sky blue and sunflower. All of these colors reflect native elements of the desert that can be seen throughout Arizona’s landscape.
To create a unique twist on traditional palettes utilizing metallics as an accent color, metallic copper was chosen as the main canvas with which to create this wedding palette masterpiece. Arizona is the top producer of copper in the United States, and we thought this shimmering shade deserved to be at the forefront to reflect this unique attribute. Sky blue is a welcoming, serene tone that permeates Arizona’s atmosphere all year round. This soft hue denotes the migration of hundreds of visitors to Arizona every year for its mild winters and clear skies. And lastly, this cheerful shade of yellow can be spotted along highways, within parks, in neighborhood landscapes, and even near campgrounds. The desert sunflower is a hardy and beautiful plant that produces dainty, all-yellow blooms.
To bring all these colors together, we suggest copper-colored sequin bridesmaid dresses with matching florals. Copper stationary with sky blue font pairs beautifully together and can be carried over to the reception table settings. Flatware made of copper with blue drinking glasses create a visually stimulating experience, and we love the idea of adding yellow florals to accent the ceremony site, reception, or even the wedding cake. Have fun and get creative with this stunning Copper, Sky Blue and Sunflower wedding palette that is uniquely Arizona in origin!
