We love stories that have a little twist of fate in them. Eleanor and Beau lived across the hall from each other in their apartment complex, and after several chance run-in’s, Beau decided to take matters into his own hands and introduce himself. After a year and a half of dating, Beau planned the perfect surprise proposal at The Farm at South Mountain with family and friends nearby to celebrate the happy couple!
Photographer Malone Sinclaire did the wedding so much justice, highlighting the romantic Los Abrigados Resort with it’s slightly Tuscan design and capturing the subtly decorated garden ceremony planned by Some Like It Classic. However, the real stunner of this elegant Sedona wedding was the couple in their wedding attire. Eleanor’s soft, flowing dress and its subtle sheer overlay was perfectly complemented by Beau’s sleek black tuxedo, fashioned by Celebrity Tux & Tails.
The ceremony was lively, taking place at the resort with around 150 friends and family in attendance. Family comes first with these two, and Eleanor said that the most memorable moment for her was her first look with her father and her future husband. The ceremony was short and sweet, and the reception was packed with laughter and dancing. The couple wanted to remind their friends and family how much they mean to the newlyweds, so after the reception they gifted the guests with “Recovery” bags, full of water, snacks and even a few advil for anyone celebrating too hard. The couple chose to stay low-key and avoid a grand exit, and instead danced until the music stopped and bowed out gracefully.
