Color is everything when it comes to creating your personal wedding aesthetic. While Arizonians tend to lean towards classic desert hues and earth tones, the design team at Shine Events AZ brought much needed depth to their latest style shoot with photographer Malone Sinclaire, incorporating rich blues and soft copper tones into a traditional desert-green palette for this Copper-toned Collaboration!
The sleek, minimalist design of the set, located at The Clayton on the Park, lent itself well to the vibrant tableware and furniture design, which was filled with navy and metallic accent pieces. The flowers, arranged by Sarah’s Garden touched on a traditional desert theme, incorporating light greens and soft pinks, but were offset by dark, maroon accent flowers. All of this, along with the expertly applied hair and makeup by Makiaj Beauty, acted as a complimentary backdrop to the gorgeous, geometric Morilee bridal gown and the deep azure of the groom’s suit. The copper and navy tones in the design were a pleasant surprise, and signal not a departure from but a masterful merging of traditional desert wedding vibes and more industrial, eclectic design. Malone Sinclaire and Shine Events AZ set the bar high in this masterful set design, and now brides who want to express their modern city chic personality have license to depart from the traditional rustic boho Arizona style. So bring on the bright, shiny copper and the deep, passion-filled navy — our appetite for symmetrical, geometric design now has an outlet in the wedding industry.
