Jonathan was an active football watcher at a local restaurant that Taylor worked at. After noticing he was always in the restaurant, Taylor’s friend introduced the two and ended up being the connection of a lifetime. The couple dated for three and a half years before Jonathan decided it was time to take the next step.
Hometowns signify safety and comfort. Jonathan took Taylor back to Silver Bay, MN, where his roots ran deep. The couple enjoyed a beautiful dinner before making the drive to Palaside Head to watch the sunset. Walking across the cliff, Jonathan stopped and got down on one knee. This was the exact spot his parents had gotten married 45 years prior. Jonathan’s guardian angel, his father, helped the couple out by breaking up the bad weather and giving them a beautiful pastel sky as the backdrop of their engagement.
With an engagement that will only last 8 months before the wedding, the couple is steady getting their ducks in a row. Their beautiful engagement session was captured at Cathedral Rock in Sedona by Amber Lyn Photography. The landscape created the perfect scenery. True love and happiness exuded from each of their photos. Even the couple’s dog made a few shots to capture their first professional family photo.
Although there is still much planning to do, the couple is eager to share their special day with their family and friends. They plan on tying the knot at Stonebridge Manor. This luxe location offers their wedding the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor space. We can’t wait to see the photos from their big day!
