We are so in love with this adorable Boyce Thompson Arboretum engagement session by Ashley Rae Photography that features a cute threesome! Brenna and Brian decided to include their furry friend, a shepherd mix, in their stunning Boyce Thompson Arboretum engagement session. The three of them are so cute together, especially when walking around the lush landscape. Set in the fall, the scene exudes an ethereal element, with a whispering breeze in the tree branches and a winding dirt path through this secret garden.
The couple met over five years ago while they were in college. Brian lived in the apartment next door to several of Brenna’s friends, and the two ended up intermingling at different group events. Brenna and Brian began spending quite a bit of time together, and Brenna finally asked him out to one of her sorority social dates. That marked the official beginning of their relationship, which would last over half a decade. At that point, the couple knew it was time for the proposal. Brenna was looking for every opportunity, assuming that Brian would propose. But Brian wanted it to be a total surprise, so he waited until Brenna got off work one random evening. He decorated the living room with hundreds of candles and rose petals and stood in anticipation as one of Brenna’s favorite songs played. As she approached, he proposed to her – she excitedly responded with “YES!” The couple will be married in September at The Paseo with Ashley Rae Photography on hand to capture the day!
