Fall is one of the most beautiful seasons of the year here in Arizona making it the perfect time for a fall wedding. Up north, the aspen leaves change to a buttery gold color and blanket the forest floor to create Nature’s version of the yellow brick road. Here in the Valley, the cooler temperatures invite couples and their loved ones outdoors to celebrate in open desert air. The plentiful downpour from the monsoon season ensures a still-lively environment that is teeming with adventure and excitement. Sunsets lushly paint the sky in pastel shades of pink, yellow, and purple. However, most of the native flora here are evergreen, so the proud saguaros and mesquites keep their beauty during this season of change. The chill of winter is on the wind, but the thermometer is still reading at a decent temperature. It’s easy to see why we can’t think of a more beautiful time to host your fall wedding.
One of the reasons we enjoy fall weddings is because of their versatility. Deeper tones such as crimson, pumpkin, burnt umber, navy, and lavender can all be utilized with formal or casual styles. Looking for an upscale look? Pair your fall palette with metallics such as copper, silver, or gold. Want to opt for a more relaxed feel? Try using floral prints for bridesmaids dresses and table runners, or pair dark tones with blush, daffodil, or ivory to brighten up your autumn palette. You also get the option offer non-traditional drinks such as spiced cider, hot cocoa, and even eggnog! With so many options to mix and match, the possibilities are nearly limitless. We can’t wait to see the beautiful fall weddings this year and enjoy the breath-taking weather.
